Hatha Yoga – Nov. 23, 2024

At West Eastern Health, our holistic Hatha Yoga classes provide a safe space for participants to explore various aspects of their health and wellbeing; physical, mental, and spiritual. Lena teaches using movement and breath as a form of meditation, building strength and endurance whilst creating a sense of calmness of the mind. This class is a great place to start if you are new to Yoga, or if you wish to deepen your practice.
